Tanya Bénard has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 2003. In addition to maintaining a private practice, she teaches the Alexander Technique at The Royal Conservatory. Tanya is also a frequent presenter on the Technique, known for her clarity as a communicator, as well as her warmth, humour, and passion for her work.
