- Due to Ontario Line construction at Pape & Danforth this weekend the subway will NOT be stopping at the Pape Station. This means that we will have shuttle buses on Danforth this weekend.
- Pape station will remain open and bus service will be unaffected.
-
If you need to travel to Pape Station on Line 2, here’s what you need to do:
1. If you are travelling eastbound on Line 2 towards Pape Station exit at Broadview or Chester stations and walk approximately five minutes to Pape Station. Alternatively, shuttle buses will operate both ways on Danforth Avenue between Broadview and Coxwell stations.
2. If you are travelling westbound towards Pape Station, exit at Donlands Station and walk approximately five minutes to Pape Station. Alternatively, shuttle buses will operate both ways on Danforth Avenue between Broadview and Coxwell stations. If you require an accessible connection, please exit at Coxwell Station and board a shuttle bus on Danforth Avenue to travel to Pape Station.
- Our BIA was selected to be part of the City of Toronto's promotion of music destinations.
- You may have noticed over the past week that decals have been affixed to our sidewalks - photo attached. Each decal has a QR code which takes you to the Destination Toronto site that lists the music venues in our area.
- For our BIA we are highlighting The Danforth Music Hall, The Black Swan, Noonan's Pub, The Epochal Imp and Kops records.
- You can scan the code or you can view the Broadview Danforth neighbourhood page here.
- Just a reminder following my email earlier this week that our 2 BIA CafeTO Parkettes are available for any BIA member who would like to use the space as a pop-up to promote your business. If you're interested just send me an email.
