La Femme Strong is a fitness studio devoted to the strength and power of women. We specialize in customized fitness programming, designing each experience through one-on-one or small group training. Our trainers have been specially chosen for their knowledge, experience, and utter dedication to their varying specialties. Our goal is to develop close relationships to genuinely assist in making a difference in each woman’s life. We believe that women are a mixture of strength, passion, and power - We’re just here to help!
Come join us for our $10 drop-in classes! We have a wide variety, from Yoga Flow to Cardio Kickboxing, Weights 101 to HIIT Barre, Ballet Body to Pilates. Each of these programs have been specially designed by the trainer coaching the class, so you can expect expert instruction and individual attention. Just find your spot, shake it out, and be comfortable in the knowledge that you are in good hands! We want your fitness to be fun!
