2020, what a year so far! We are feeling BLESSED! 2020 has shown us to really hold close what matters most to us! As the Via Mercanti Owner, Romolo Salvati always says, it's simple, like the olds days and with the best ingredients. There is something important about preserving the simplicity of food. Simple does not mean you miss out on a mouth watering experience! Quality goes a long way. 2020 has encouraged change amongst all of us, staying true to our roots, we are creating a sense of home and belonging. Allowing our Italian culture and cuisine create an atmosphere of love, which the world needs right now!

With these uncertain times we have decided to pack up our 1503 Gerrard St E location and make a BIG MOVE!!

Pizzeria Via Mercanti will still exist on the EAST SIDE! We have taken over 124 Danforth Avenue formerly known as Globe Bistro at Broadview and Danforth.

With Social and Physical distancing still a big part of today's world, we decided to opt for a more accommodating space during these times. With MULTIPLE levels you will feel more than safe throughout your dining experience! Additional features include a beautiful private room and an incredible ROOFTOP Patio!

Not only are we known for our Famous Neapolitan Pizza we are excited to announce the return of our executive chefs from Italy. Executive Chef Antonio Romanowill leave your palate more than satisfied with the magic coming out of our kitchen. We can’t wait to see your faces light up again!
