Starter Company helps tech startup Thin Ice tone-up its vision

In an industry dominated by gimmicks and "as seen on TV" products that fail to deliver, weight-loss wearable developer Thin Ice knew they faced an uphill battle convincing the customers and investors the science was sound. To overcome the challenges, founder Adam Paulin tapped into Starter Company to fund a prototype and streamline its vision.

A pop-up downtown music incubator sets out to hatch a new generation of music legends

On November 3, Canada's Music Incubator started a new class in a brand-new location. Their newly developed 10-week Artist Management incubator has found a home in Yonge and Dundas Square. It's an experiment that unites the Downtown Yonge BIA, the City of Toronto, and CMI in a new, location-driven approach to incubation.
