Canada United Small Business Relief Fund

Good Morning All,

We've received information about the RBC Canada United Relief fund.  Small businesses can apply to the fund and the information and link is below.

RBC and partners have contributed 5 cents up to a maximum contribution amount of $2 million to the Canada United Small Business Relief Fund.

The Fund will provide small businesses with grants of up to $5,000 to cover expenses related to personal protective equipment (PPE) renovations to accommodate re-opening guidelines and developing or improving e-commerce capabilities. Applications for the Canada United Small Business Relief Fund are now being accepted.

Also, Nick Brown the new Energy Manager with TABIA  will be hosting a webinar “Behaviour that saves: Low and No cost ways to save on your energy bills.”

The webinar will discuss ways that buildings can control their HVAC and lighting systems, improve their shutdown procedures and alternate their operational behaviours with little to no cost and will result in energy cost savings on their electricity and natural gas bills. He will also go through 2 programs that support low and no cost energy savings, the Small Business Lighting Program provided by the IESO and Enbridge’s RunItRight program.
