Good Afternoon BIA Members,
I'm hoping that you will join us tomorrow night - Thursday - for the soft launch of our annual BD Beats summer music program! As you know, things have gone a bit off the rails with the City getting the CafeTO patios and parkettes installed but we have decided not to postpone bringing amazing live music to our BIA. I have to extend a huge thanks to Tom Walsh and the Carrot Common and their businesses for coming to our rescue and offering their beautiful courtyard as our main music hub until the CafeTO locations are installed. Here are the details for tomorrow:
Time: 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Location: Carrot Common Courtyard in front of our ShowLoveTO Heart
Music: The Toronto Jazz Collective
In addition to enjoying some great music our own Fresh Restaurant will be providing samples of their fresh pressed juices and coupons. A perfect Thursday evening in our great Broadview Danforth BIA.
Following the launch tomorrow evening, we will be presenting live music in the courtyard every Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm and again on Sunday afternoons from 1pm to 4pm.
Once the parkettes are installed we will add in music on Thursday nights from 6pm to 9pm. Thursday and Friday nights' music will take place in our parkettes and Sunday afternoon music will remain at the Carrot Common courtyard.
